I can attend property inspections on your behalf to provide access and ensure a smooth experience for your clients. While I do not interpret inspection results or provide advice, I remain present throughout the appointment, communicate updates to you promptly, and help maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all parties. Price is a fixed rate for inspection attendance, not per hour. See FAQs for more information.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules can change; however, appointments canceled with less than 6 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps me manage my time and better serve all clients.
