Service Description

I can represent you by meeting appraisers at the property to provide access and ensure the home is ready for review. I do not discuss property value or condition, but I’m there to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and to notify you of any updates following the appointment. Price is a fixed rate for appraisal attendance, not per hour. See FAQs for more information.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules can change; however, appointments canceled with less than 6 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps me manage my time and better serve all clients.
